    Hi there and good evening!

Pure speculation, but my guess is also that it WILL NOT be a silly "we need more money to burn for nothing" CR like others do from time to time.

Gotta repeatedly pointed to that management said, they don't need any money till the end of the year and they are not planning a CR.

I speculate and go along with HKP and gotta that "significant" means a major INVESTOR is willing to finance drilling and development and further exploring to some extend which will be outsourced to contractors instead of a farm-out or JV with a major.

By the way: Majors normally are also just outsourcing jobs to "specialists" who do nothing else than drilling wells in the ground the whole day or shooting seismic for example; developing and interpretation of seismic is normally/ not seldom inhouse, for small companies this can be done "outhouse" also.

Here are my 50 Cents why I think so:

As far as I know there is hardly any/ no "western" major in the country exploring or drilling for oil. The ones who know the country best is the "WOLF pack" itself, i.e. CEO etc.

Let's "assume" they aren't in talks with Chinese majors for what reason ever, what reason do they have to look for majors from pretty far away with no knowledge about the country, region, habits, culture etc. and giving away operatorship to them?

So what I learned so far from announcements and presentations is that "we" are ready to drill, all we need to do so is eh, well ... money.

And the management behind WOLF is not a group of dumb moneyburners, instead they have a nice record of success in the past.

Of course I can be completely wrong, therefore, let's see what will be announced on Thursday or Fridaymorning.

    Fingers crossed,
    Neo
