Well, it's a done deal. Talked to Potter. Nothing for the general investors and the reason why they have a hefty discount is because that entices investors for a quick decision (fair enough) and they want it done quick.

I participated in the placement for sophisticated investors going back SHELL days, it was easier then, but now Potter requires earnings of $250K / year over two years to qualify. In any case, why bother, buy it on market when it pulls back to probably 11c. SP always pulls back from my observation after such a CR.

The guy I talked to was tight lipped about FAR cause he said I am not one of his clients. (Well, that was silly, cause he might have swayed me by being helpful!) So any one here using Potter? (not the on line section but the broker section) you can get some info on FAR. I guess it'll probably the write up that we already know about. But, one thing, Not likely to get announcements during TH. So Tuesday morning!
We could be drilling by then.
