Basically, after a share issue you have a smaller portion of a bigger pot if you didn't participate.

In round figures, instead of owning 1% (say) of (15% of Senegal, 60% of L6 etc plus $40M cash minus the various liabilities) you now own 0.86% of (15% of Senegal, 60% of L6 etc + $85M cash - liabilities)

As has been stated elsewhere, at 13.5c last Thursday, MC was about $365 with 2.7B shares in play, today we close at 12c with effectively 3.126B shares in play, MC now $375 with an extra $43M in cash. So $30m + has disappeared of the market value of our exploration assets after this raising based on today's close.

Back to the soup kitchen analogy, Thursday there was a 10 litre pot which gave a cup each to 40 people. Today the pot got topped up by one extra cup, and 45 people turned up to dip the ladle. (fairly well scaled to the FAR situation)

But the extra 5 that turned up were all wearing suits and got to go first.

There was a bit of grumbling about. Were the cups they filled to the brim just a little bit bigger than everyone else's too?
