If you want to raise a lot of money in a short time, which was necessary, so-called sophisticated investors, moneybags, banksters, or whatever you want to call them, is the only way to do it. Time is of the essence, and there wasn't the two months that it would take to go to the mums and dads to see whether they would dip into their savings again, which they might not, and it would have had to have been underwritten anyway. That's the way it works. If you don't like it, don't play.

I now hold more shares (both in number, and certainly now in $) than I have ever held before, despite selling some (not through choice, I needed the dough). My average price, which I cannot be bothered to work out, is well south of 4cps. I have no complaints.

Stop whinging everyone, we're all gonna be rolling in it (if, as I implied, you aren't already).
