CR's don't usually happen at a Permium they are usually 10 - 20% below the average price over the last week. So IMHO i think the discussion yesterday of an 11C CR was right on the money and they were probably in the know. Lets hope that with a CR the questions about FAR's ability to pay for this well and future proving wells in Senegal will be gone and the price should then be able to increase.
