it has a 0.00001% chance of going to that price and if it did, it would be a glitch in the trading systems
that price would indicate substantial recession in the global economy in which would be immediately counteracted with a huge influx of QE
We all know what QE does to the price of oil
imo, the US will start up QE again soon, so a floor in the POO i reckon will be low 70's at the very lowest
