How likely is this issued to a strategic partner? If that's really the case it would be good news imo and would not have caused the sell off for the past 2 days..
If the placement is to our Korean partners, then why not try to extract a higher price from them, but instead let the price halved from recent high in 2 months to suit them.
Not to mention the gigantic leaking ship...
In any case a big no to mgt
