my view is that this is the strategic partner. One of the scenarios bouncing around is how to separate the assets into 2 companies.....you have to leave TRR with some cash for ongoing exploration. That means CR before separation. Also, if you are the strategic partner taking a stake before demerger, you get a free kick with TRR entitlement and can offload the holding.
