Tigers, if Hyundai or any of the big boys come in with 10% or 20% of the company then shares will be diluted by whatever amount it is. BUT if the do come in it will de-risk TNG so much that the benefits will simply swamp the dilution. Remember, the inherent value of the resources is several dollars per share. The post CR share price in the event of one of the big boys coming in would likely rise above the 30c of a few months ago, and that would just be the first step.
