Many explorers get big JV partners but in most cases it stops there and/or takes years for any development.
The jury is still out on BML.
When the market is told that BCL have earned their right to 40% that's when in my opinion it may be taken seriously.
For now, the wider market sees BML as a gamble and rightly so.
