Be careful. After last private placement at 70 cents, the SP kept dropping to 50s before getting stable.
This time there will be little buying on the market because existing shareholders will get more shares at 26 cents. Many of them might try to sell their extra shares at higher price to keep their overall owning numbers. There will be selling pressure over the next few weeks. I will wait for the dust to settle.
