I am surprised the board didn't roll over half the notes and pay at half with existing cash. They could have raised 50-60 m to top of cash
they must have deemed it to risky or they couldn't get an issue away on acceptable terms or terms better than the current placement when all the factors are considered
could be a fair punt after they sort things out early next year
