    This cornerstone investor will take lets say %18 of Akk,they will have a director on the board and they will change a few things in terms of restructuring the business and unnecessary overheads.they have seen potential and taken advantage of that.when they happy with the progress of company they increase their stake through acquisition of shares on the market till they get %90 of shares.
