The margins are simply too large, people will start using nannies as the costs sky rocket not to mention we will see a proliferation of operators enter the lucrative space and start competing no price.
Like mining service companies all rushing out when it was booming we will see more and more listed childcare providers and people wanting a slice of the action but then when govt funding dries up or regulations change it becomes a double edged sword of a competitive market and reducing margins.
