There is perhaps a chance the announcement could be released today.
If they needed more time to finalise the deal, they could have gone into the halt today, thereby giving them extra time over the weekend, and then release the details to the market on Monday.
Obviously they do not require the extra time over the weekend, so maybe a release today is a possibility.
