In thinking through it I am hoping that as per my post the other day with regards to off-take agreements, that this is what this announcement is all about. That way we have a committment (Hopefully more water tight than the Balkans Agreement) which underpins the whole project. If this was the case then it makes it all "real", which should change the way that the company is viewed.

Would it mean it hits 27 cents overnight....doubt it but it should change the support level one would assume to somewhere above where it is lingering now and the 15 - 20 cents. Again this may take sometime to filter through given the time of year, however if thsi was the reason for the TH it can only be viewed as positive.

I say IF this is the reason so I like many others remain optomistic that this is the case.
