frogga - my comment is based on the 7 Oct announcement that "The Company is currently engaged in advanced negotiations with a number of existing shareholders and other international institutions on finalizing the project funding for Stage 1 of the Lance Projects."
The fact that Gav and preempt have been quiet, suggests they may be amongst the 'shareholders' mentioned in the announcement.
