Grif, I suggest there is NO thought from the newbies other than getting this back on track.
Some refiniancing perhaps required, definately extra accountability, no hareing off with projects blind Freddy would see issues with, and best of all those charged with this responseibility are holders themselves, not just snouts in a trough.
A great incentive to get things right is the prospect of losing your own money!!
