No-one will go near T/S till reserves are proven---one does not spend 2 billion + ---without already proven suppliers.
Agree prosperman, But on the same token if going by a recent news article of shell divesting 32.5% in evans shoal and Eni ending with those shares I would think you would see MEOs sp increase on that news alone.
And as mreye2 pointed out significant corporate transaction? One weird announcement?
