    likely to be good news but not great news given COP is still > nickel Price an off take agreement is a double edged sword in terms of locking in losses...... Unless they are announcing they are temp shutting the mine ( unlikely) until ni price improves, which is what I believe they wanted to do when they restructured. Don't expect big price movement but the company is way undervalued if it is to survive.
