I suggest that there's almost no chance of a bidding war. TPG's acquisition is probably be a blocking strategy, not a competing take-over. That 6.7% holding announced by TPG is over a month old. They may already directly and indirectly control over 10%, in which case the take-over by Vocus is in jeopardy.

I plan to exercise extreme caution in trading this stock; particularly not relying on there being any increased bid, not relying on approval from regulators, and not relying on the take-over being accepted by the shareholders.
