    Anyone know how they came up with the 0.4614 figure? I was hoping for a better deal.

    At today's prices if you own 1000 AMM shares
    - AMM 1000 x 2.68 = $2,680

    You will get around 461 VOC shares
    - VOC 461.4 x 5.95 = $2745.33
