Forgot to add - Teoh historically has bid on assets that were "for sale" for various reasons.
TPG listed by acquiring SP Telemedia (formerly Comindico) which was a basket case from the dotcom days.
PIPE was going to have trouble meeting its PPC-1 payment schedule.
TNZ had been looking to sell AAPT for ages.
Price wise both PIPE and AAPT were bought for around 7x EBITDA, in cash.
Vocus is nominally offering 14.3x EBITDA, albeit as scrip.
Note it's actually higher than that right now since the 0.4614 ratio was done on a VOC price of $5.30.
So it looks to me that TPG would be unlikely to offer a higher bid... although AMM would complete their infrastructure nationally.
