This placement would have been better to offer to shareholders as the options alone would be worth at least 5 cents to trade off in my opinion,that gives the shares purchased around a cost of 7.5 cents each if the options were sold.
The other thing also is if holders start ringing the company and complaining,they may offer the same deal to shareholders in a rights issue,putting more pressure on the share price.
I would expect once the shares and options have been issued from the 22nd of December,the share price will drift lower to about 10 cents,but still good buying at the moment in my opinion.
