I would have thought they should first get their existing plant up and running before any upgrade. If the Jewelry box is as good as the latest announcement, they should use internally generated funds to finance this upgrade to reduce anymore dilution.

The high grades in the jewelry box is no surprise to ling term holders. It has been flagged many times over the last few years. What we still do not know is how much $ it will generate before low grades kick in, and when the main plant will be ready. I only hope things start moving along, as WM has not been selling any copper yet, just hope.

I hope the Chinese retail investors pile in and the share price increases.
