    Hmmmm strategic share placement to who ? Why was this not done after the PFS due next month. Not exactly thrilled to give someone more shares away for this low SP, unless it's for a premium. IMO the PFS will have a positive material impact on the SP and I believe management know this from all the recent buying, so I'm a bit stumped by this! Better not be more than 10 million shares ≤20c
