Let's look at the facts...

STB already has a strategic investor from Asia who has the right to buy more shares if there is an off-take agreement within 6 months after the PFS has been released. Considering that STB is still well funded I hope that it is not just another investor who is looking for cheap shares without an off-take agreement.

Let's see... but would be surprised if there is already an off-take agreement. On the other hand I would not understand why another investor should get cheap shares just before the PFS...
