2. An option is not a free share. Its an OPTION to buy shares in the company for 2c.. anytime between now and 2017. If you exercise that option, you pay 2c to CL8... so its more $$$ into the company. Effectively, the CR is worth $2.5mil to CL8 if the share price is above 2c. In other words, CL8 will financially benefit if the share price goes up.

Very clever.

Incorrect, an option is a free share because you can off load it 'on market' and because you recieved it for free it's an infinity bagger.
