HHL manages the listed fund HHV. HHV is going to raise capital so that the size of the listed fund will be bigger. This means more funds for HHL to manage and so more fees. When HHV and other listed investment funds have done this in the past it has often been by way of an issue of listed options, or a renounceable rights issue, to increase the likelihood that the shares are taken up.
