Yes indeed this is a bit of an unexpected surprise, but given the good state the company is in I can only think that it bodes well for all.
A mystery indeed.
If it was an new product line (such as dental or ENT instruments) I think we would have had a whiff of that already. anyway you would expect the company to be able to cover it with current cash and resources.
If it is someone buying in then one must ask why? and if now, then will have to be at a premium (above 1.6).
