I'm as surprised as everyone else. With $20m + in the kitty, I did not think NAN needed to raise any extra cash. Really interested to know what this is for - to build up more direct sales teams in all their markets with the aim of accelerating sales, or new product launch as JerryVicky suggested.
I'm just glad we haven't seen the words "acquisition"... yet.
