In the absence of details yet to be provided to the market, I believe this is entirely plausible. We have all assumed that the CR will be open to the retail investors, but what if like SS said an institution wants in now and is willing to pay a slight premium to the current share price. 15% of issued capital somewhere around 216.165 m at say 11.5 cents a share would bring in close to $25m. Everyone would be happy with the springboard to a higher shareprice. Out of the box, I know, but details haven't been released yet.
