The first point is that management spent a number of weeks in the US during mid Feb and early March with the purpose of obtaining investors (US Roadshow). The second point is that I don't think that existing investors have the "stomach" to worry about a revolt, they have already been tapped and are tired and just want management to set out a simple plan to profitability ASAP.
