Yes it is a surprise but shouldn't have been. It was all there in the Accounts and we should have realised it was inevitable.
Unfortunately I suspect like me, you were too focussed on the good news of possibly going into production soon, to see warning signs.
Hopefully this is the last Capital raising needed.
