Add all that to the recent investor presentation released by the company..
I am thinking the raising price will be at a 20% discount to current levels, which would make it 1c.
With the $500k loan facility with MLX, I think we are after another $500k.
50million new shares.
Heaven forbid we need to raise $1m. 100m new shares issued...
We already have 422m on issue.
