If you don't have enough SRX exposure, the only other thing that is not in a trading halt and still has SRX in abundance is of course HHL but they do not hold much else of value, a few telco shares: M2 and stuff. Still HHV and HHL will have a similar outcome to the SRX SP at the outcome of the clinical results, they will either have a significant positive or negative alpha. Peter Hall could have a reputation like Kerr Neilson albeit late in the day. A few hearts, wallets and spines will be either positively or negatively impacted by all this. Peter Hall and Gilman Wong.
