No I am not saying that AT have taken their bat and ball and have gone home. I am saying I believe that JV has run out of capital and the parties are most likely fighting amoungst themselves. Once the capital is gone and there is no way to advance the JV, the sides have diverging views on how to go forward. Hence the reason for all the changes in the JV and the announcement of diverging views seeking resolution.

The technology to build an ablation machine is not difficult. Only the nozzle process is patented. Glasier can ring up the other side of the JV and can do a deal, just as you highlighted weeks ago.

The releases from BLR indeed indicate the JV was in many discussions with 3rd and 4th parties. But the JV partners diverging so these discussions are moot. The 5 tph machine is not in service and it would seem is sitting in the household of Scriven collecting dust.
