I took 3 billion BLR shares, divided by 750, added to the WU shares of about 12 million which is 16 million. Then I added 1 million shares to be conservative.
Use $80 long term U contracts, $20 AISC, and 2 million pounds per annum. This is US$120,000,000 in EBITDA. Multiply by 10 for a market cap guess, this is US$1,200,000,000. Or more than 2 times your target.
Use $80 U and $20 AISC, and 1 million pounds production per annum, this is a US$600,000,000 market cap, still much higher than your number.
Use $70 U and $20 AISC and 1 million pounds production per annum, this hits your market cap requirement.
I believe the farce is closer to you than you realise.
