On 17th December 2014, SMS announced the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) with one of the world's most prominent, and preeminent, companies in the field of general aerospace and aviation services ("the Company"). The NDA will allow the necessary sharing and integration of information, enabling both Parties to begin the process whereby the Company will initially represent SMS in the broader European region, and subsequent to this, potentially on a global basis, as the exclusive service provider, integrator and re-seller of SMS’s full technology product line.
