I think early rise is closest to the truth, there's definitely multiple agreements, likely one for the supply and another for an equity type investment. So what we could have is a an MOU type agreement with a Chinese customer as well as a strategic investment on behalf of this customer into TON - rest assured, at a much higher quantum and price than the last raising, it will soon become evident that to get a decent stake in this company you're going to need to shell out the cash.....
h and one more thing, can people stop with the comparisons to KNL, I seriously can't think of many other graphite company's more dissimilar to TON, just drop it. SYR maybe but KNL is a whole seperate kettle of of fish, who will never be churning out 200k plus tonne of graphite per year. It we were only about Ancuabe then maybe you'd have a case, but even in that case only MNS would be a decent comparison.
