I dont think it will be a SPP, unless its a fully underwritten one at a huge discount, and one in which the shortfall will be picked up by someone wealthy and close. No long term holders that I know could currently afford to or would want to, participate.
If so, it will be rather dilutionary....just what we need (not).
If only they could drive the sp up before they do these things......
