I am surprised three months on there has not been a more definitive announcement, one way or the other on Egypt.
Simply put ;
a) we are making progress for a successful resolution for both parties and re-commencement of 400k. production plans
or,
b) ECMR still refuse to acknowledge any communication which has left the Company no option other than to formally serve arbitration proceedings etc etc, hearing set for............
Not a lot to ask ?
On recapitalisation, I would not rule out a profitable backdoor listing opportunity for Gippsland Limited, ideally in mining. Mr. G is a businessman with a lot of connections, use of tax losses & some or all funds back to him over time, one for the bean counters to chew over, just a matter of the size of the reconstruction or new share structure.
