Just saw this tiny snippet at the end of an article on Atlas Iron of all companies in the AFR this morning
Finally, Ensogo, the company formerly called iBuy, completed a $35 million raising through Bell Potter Securities on Monday. Ensogo raised the $35 million at 18.5¢ a share which was a 17.8 per cent discount to the last close and a 9.1 per cent discount to the five-day volume weighted average price.
