I remembered your post but, forgot to reply.

You are spot on. I got caught out there and didn't expect it this early - NC said there was a chance of a raise to cover NYSE ---------- honestly, I put it in the back of my mind and forgot about it because listing is still a way off - and, I was pretty sure we were right for cash ------------- he doesn't eat that much!

I then got caught up in life and my time looking at AJX in the last week or so was a bit disjointed - hence, I concentrated on the quarter and the tenting contract.

To be brutally honest - I just completely missed that he had pulled the rug on the October quarter - thrown it into halt -and now, a carbon copy.

Even if I had of had my ears pricked up ------- hmmm, I don't think I would have thought it was this quarter - still a bit early.

However - one should always have one's ears up - NC and Co. are pretty savvy - clearly we didn't need the money atm - unless there is something that has come out of the cupboard that we need a lot more money for - but, I can't think what would require so much funding -

but, I do understand that if the 'right' person or entity came along with cash up front - then, seeing we 'might' have needed a small raise for the listing - then, they would take them when they come ------------ a huge advantage of having cash in the bank and revenue now flowing in and growing - ie. we aren't desperate - so, we just wait for the 'right' knock at the door.

So - to your post ------------- yep, I suspect it is ideal.

Hopefully we shall be able to pull it apart tomorrow morning.

I am going to be really interested to see how he plays the timing - ie. will we actually trade between halt lift and ann. on tents?

Pity help any bugger who sells in a state of worry if it sells down a bit on the raising but, then rockets on the tenting deal ------- that's the game though - always never know what the market will do.
