In the case of # 2. -
IMO Cornerstones are normally announced independently under their own banner if you like
eg:
XXX have requested TH regarding a "strategic alliance", "cornerstone investment opportunity” or even “Warren B coming to the party” something on those lines.
So I think we are just looking at run of the mill CR to keep the wheels turning, at a guess I’d say it will definitely be either @ 40c, sub 40c or above 40c .....
again .. just a guess from a pesky non holder
