I really wonder if SQZQ would 'put in' if the SP was NOT 50cents+.
I however do not see SQZQ as a "Cornerstone Investor". To be such it should just BUY the shares outright not get them periodically allocated by a 'placement'.
No I see SQZQ as a Financier in a geared up LSI method ie Round Robin Financing- Selling shares on Market that it is allocated NOT accumulating them.
What I'd really like to know and have Confirmed is that there is a Connection between AMG/GK and YXGC in expandable graphite and Insulation. This would 'explain' how quickly in a few weeks Brad was able to negotiate this deal. YXGC already had a long term relationship with AMG/GK that Brad and TON was 'introduced" into.
AMG/GK are very Big in the Euro Insulation Area. Have patents etc on Process. Was the angle for YXGC to manufacture and AMG to get royalty on Euro Distribution?
