You are spot on Pilatus. I often wonder if this is driven by short sellers or one intended suitor who is now trying to buy out the coy.
In fact I wonder how they have managed to keep the price of PNA to around $1.75. My pragmatic conclusion is when oen s/holder has approx. 25% of the coy what can't they do but literally control the coy and the share price......just my thoughts.
