Most logical scenario would've been a scheme of arrangement with RTA, but seeing as though they aren't in a TH that's ruled out. Therefore, I would assume it's a sale of Canegrass as it has been on the chopping block for a long time now.
I can't fathom FMS management to conjour up anything else that is "significant", which in turn is most probably insignificant in the markets eyes ... happy to be proven wrong.
