AZIANA LIMITED - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, the Board of Directors hereby request that a trading halt be
applied to Aziana Limited (AZK) securities, pending the release of an announcement in relation
to the proposed BrainChip transaction.
It is expected that this announcement will be made before trading commences on Wednesday,
13 May 2015. It is requested that the trading halt last until the announcement is made.
We confirm that the Company is not aware of any reason that the trading halt should not be
granted.
