    I hope you are well. You could be right...getting board positions in place...the DD is due to expire on the large transaction maybe funding in place for earlier purchases?? Funding needed to make payment before shipments are able to commence?

    If any of the above or more than one of the above then yes...company definitely starting to evolve!
